Shipping & Returns

Orders based in the USA are shipped usually within the same day but please allow a 24-48 hour window. Your product should arrive within 3-7 business days after the order is placed.

Your satisfaction is important to us and we stand behind all the products that we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can choose between a full refund (minus shipping) or a replacement product.

Because of the discounts offered through subscription orders we currently do not offer refund on subscription orders that are placed after the first order. This means that refill orders are non refundable however if you wish to cancel your subscription you may do so by managing subscriptions in your account menu.

• All returns must be sent back within 30 days of purchase and must be in new condition in their original packing and shipping fees are the customers responsibility.
