Why do you need mouth tape for sleeping?. You need the right mouth tape for it to work. Sleep disorder like Sleep Apnea, symptoms like Congestion, Fatigue, Waking up feeling tired, Dark circles under your eyes, Snoring and so on. I can make what it seems to be a never ending list of symptoms and issues that develop from years of mouth breathing.
